This senior field leadership role manages site execution from start-up through turnover on complex, higher-risk, larger-scale projects. You will work with the Project Manager on schedules, labour needs, and recovery plans. The role also emphasizes quality control, Procore documentation, mentoring, and explicit communication. Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site operations through project turnover Coordinate trades, subtrades, suppliers, access, and deliveries Champion toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and safety standards Maintain Procore logs, photos, RFIs,
