As Principal Architect, Employee Enablement, you will define strategy, standards, and target-state roadmaps across employee-facing platforms. You will guide enterprise architecture, integration, responsible AI, identity, and service delivery decisions. The portfolio includes General Counsel, Global Impact, HR, pay, Digital Workplace, enterprise knowledge, and employee-facing AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
