As Senior Director, Business Intelligence and Analytics, you will build an integrated view of subscriber growth, retention, adoption, sector chance, and emerging market dynamics. The role connects quantitative and qualitative signals with enterprise KPIs, executive narratives, and recommended action. You will advise senior leadership and the Board while partnering with Product, Subscriber Management, Finance, Marketing, Industry Relations, and Community Engagement. Key Responsibilities:

10+ years in market intelligence, analytics, performance, or strategy Experience analyzing retention, churn, adoption, engagement, or market opportunity Experience building KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics Ability to translate signals into decisions and strategic recommendations Experience supporting executive leadership and Board-level reporting Bring market intelligence, performance measurement, and strategic analytics leadership to GS1 Canada’s enterprise growth agenda.
