We are an established and growing real estate team looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our sales team.

We have an extensive database of potential buyers and sellers, along with ongoing marketing campaigns generating new leads. Your role will be to connect with these individuals, build relationships, understand their needs, and turn conversations into qualified appointments for our agents.

Real estate experience is NOT required! We can teach you the industry and our sales process. What matters most is your personality, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

- Call and reconnect with existing leads, including cold, warm, and active prospects.
- Follow up with current inquiries from our online marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships, identify opportunities, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain organized lead records and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Collaborate with our marketing team on lead generation campaigns, promotions, and client outreach.
- Assist with occasional sales-related administrative tasks.

- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection.
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Sales, customer service, or call centre experience is an asset, but not required.

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
