Lead site performance improvements using equipment performance data trends Coordinate Product Problem Resolution at the mine site Advise operations managers on equipment selection and management Manage physical availability metrics and implement corrective actions Lead Finning activities through assigned reporting structures Requirements:
Ten-plus years mining or oilsands industry experience Mobile equipment maintenance management and process expertise Maintenance execution, planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement experience Red Seal certification or Mechanical Engineering degree Ten years progressively responsible job-related leadership experience Apply equipment maintenance leadership and performance expertise to strengthen Caterpillar fleet availability at Suncor Fort Hills.
