We are seeking a fun and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Advisor. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and assisting clients with their insurance needs. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and the insurance market. An existing General and Life Insurance licensed individual is preferred.

Base salary + commissions

Duties

- Strong communication skills to understand customer's insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze client's current insurance coverage and make recommendations for additional coverage or policy changes
- Educate clients on different insurance products and services
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

Qualifications:
- LOCAL TO PORT HOPE/COBOURG AREA A MUST





- Previous experience in sales
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and regulations is a plus
