About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Lines skilled to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a positive client experience by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the insurance lifecycle—from policy renewals and endorsements to claims assistance and relationship management. You will play a key role in fostering strong connections with clients, insurers, and underwriters while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive client experience by understanding and addressing customers’ needs
- Quote, process, and review renewals, endorsements, and re-market policies in-house
- Assist clients throughout the claims process with professionalism and care
- Deliver timely and accurate responses to all client inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters
- Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Education:
