Install, service, and restore interior partition wall systems. the field-based position involves installing installing moveable ceiling track hung folding Partition panels and related components on sites.
Duties
- Install and repair interior partitions, drywall, flooring, and tile; apply caulking and construction paint for clean, durable finishes.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand layouts, measurements, and installation requirements before beginning work.
- Use hand tools safely and carry out related carpentry, plumbing, welding, and restoration tasks as needed for installation or service work.
- Inspect completed work, identify issues, and make repairs to maintain quality and reliable operation.
Requirements Required: Practical ability to use hand tools, interpret blueprints or schematics, and perform careful installation and service work, and finishing tasks.
valid G license
Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skill
2-4 years experience working on Ontario construction sites
Experience with working with various power tools and hand tools
Ability to interpret blue prints and shop drawings
Valid safety certificates and training tickets will be required. Whmis, foursteps, and scissor lift.
Physically capable for lifting and moving product
Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
Strong work ethic and positive attitude eagerness to learn for growth within the company
Reliable, punctual and committed to high quality workmanship working hours Monday-Friday 630am to 4
