Shape Elavon’s global omni-commerce payments strategy onsite at a U.S. Bank location, using product leadership and technical platform expertise. As a Product Leader, you will manage global Product Managers and guide the Omni-Commerce payments experience. The scope spans card payments, digital wallets, QR codes, eCommerce, and Buy Now Pay Later. You will translate strategy into execution with technology and cross-functional teams, supporting an industry-shaping platform. Key Responsibilities:

Define and coordinate the global Omni-Commerce vision Drive roadmaps, prioritization, execution, and platform support Translate vision into milestones, roadmaps, and OKRs Use metrics and competitive analysis to guide direction Enforce organizational, security, PCI, and regulatory compliance Requirements:

Typically ten or more years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Payments technology and card payments experience preferred Experience delivering large-scale cloud and microservice transformations Technical expertise with APIs, SDKs, and integrations Lead global payments product strategy through roadmaps, analytics, platform delivery, and compliance for Elavon’s omni-commerce experience.
