Shape competitive SCADA proposals with robust technical writing and organization at Survalent Technology Corporation. This is a full-time permanent position. As a Proposal Specialist, you will develop accurate customer-focused responses to RFPs and RFQs. You will combine proposal preparation, cost allocation, sales support, and cross-functional collaboration. The role reports to the Proposals Manager and supports Survalent’s smart grid solutions for utilities. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze RFP and RFQ requirements for technical and commercial proposals Prepare accurate proposals covering scope, methodology, and implementation services Gather technical, financial, and operational information from teams Partner with sales representatives to maintain target margins Track quotations,
orders, customer files, and proposal workloads Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications, or related field Minimum five years in application engineering or comparable roles Experience in SCADA, automation, or information technology preferred Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency Strong English writing, analytical, organizational, and negotiating skills Apply proposal writing, technical aptitude, and commercial analysis to support Survalent’s utility-focused sales proposals and solutions.
