Eight to twelve or more years of software engineering experience Solid programming principles and design patterns foundation Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD SQL and NoSQL database experience, including PostgreSQL or MongoDB Knowledge of Redis, Memcached, AWS, and distributed systems Bring full-stack development, database judgment, cloud knowledge, and clear English communication to Workstream’s growing engineering team.
