We are looking for an Intermediate IT Business Analyst to join our JDI IT Business Solutions Group in Moncton, New Brunswick, supporting Cavendish Farms and Cavendish Agri.

The Intermediate Business Analyst is responsible for discovering, synthesizing, and analyzing information from a variety of sources within an enterprise, including tools, processes, documentation, and stakeholders. They will be eliciting and documenting the actual needs of stakeholders to determine underlying issues and causes.

They enable more complex change by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders with consideration of business implications of the application of technology to the current business setting. They will align delivered solutions with stakeholder needs through in-depth understanding of applicable business systems, process capabilities, industry requirements,



and digital trends.

They can recommend and lead delivery of complex solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Cavendish Farms is a leading producer of frozen food products for retail and foodservice markets throughout Canada, the United States, and around the world. Headquartered in Dieppe, NB, we have 5 plants located throughout North America.

Cavendish Agri Services supports farmers in growing healthy and productive crops. We have 8 manufacturing/retail locations throughout Atlantic Canada. Our primary products include fertilizers, crop protectants, corn, soybean, grass seed and technical expertise.

This position requires a full-time on-site presence.
