We seek a talented Inside Sales and Product Support Specialist who can continue the high quality of marketing and communications that have been proudly developed over thirty-eight years of service to clients across Canada and beyond.
About The Job
We are looking for a talented and positive individual. A solid on -boarding program is provided.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with the automotive, diesel engine, industrial equipment or power generation industry. Outstanding communication skills along with a passion for problem-solving are essential. A key factor is the ability to be a team player with the desire to cooperate with team members.
We are seeking individuals who are Canadian residents and preferably would not have to relocate. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-directed and innovative individual capable of fulfilling our promise of unparalleled internal customer service
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely support to DSG technicians by ordering or picking parts as required.
Be flexible and willing to cover or assist in the shipping receiving function during peak or holiday periods.
Qualifications and Experience
Be an organized individual who is flexible and easy to work with
Be proactive with an eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the service department
Have excellent strong writing, presentation and communication skills
