This senior position develops compliant proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and marketing materials. You will coordinate pursuit schedules, edit content, track opportunities, and support engineering, environmental, and infrastructure consulting teams. The work requires independent judgment and close collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
