Lead regional demand forecasting at DECIEM using statistical modelling, Excel, and market intelligence from Customer, Partnership, and Marketing teams. As Demand Planning Manager, you will oversee item-customer or item-market forecasts across assigned regions. You will lead one to two Regional Demand Planners while building forecast accuracy through historical data, shipment patterns, and cross-functional insights. The position connects demand planning with inventory management and supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities:





Lead and develop one to two Regional Demand Planners Develop item-customer or item-market level forecasts Cleanse historical data and generate statistical baseline forecasts Monitor regional Distribution Centre inventory against target levels Facilitate monthly demand consensus planning with cross-functional teams Requirements:

Five-plus years in forecasting, S&OP;, and inventory management Two-plus years of people management or leadership experience Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Solid analytical and cross-functional relationship-building abilities Relevant education or equivalent work experience is an asset Apply regional forecasting, people leadership, Excel, and supply chain expertise to support DECIEM’s growing beauty brands.
