As Director, Business Development, Pension Risk Transfer, you will advance opportunities across the Canadian PRT market. You will work with actuarial, pricing, investment, legal, and operations partners. The role includes managing consultants, plan sponsors, transaction stakeholders, and market intelligence. Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and advance Canadian PRT business opportunities Manage consultant and plan sponsor relationships throughout transactions Coordinate quotations, presentations, deliverables, and transaction terms Support buy-in, buy-out,



and customized PRT solution execution Monitor market activity, competition, pipeline, and strategic opportunities Requirements:

Skilled actuarial designation or equivalent relevant experience Approximately seven or more years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of Canadian defined benefit pension plans Experience with complex financial transactions and multiple stakeholders Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project-management skills Apply your Canadian pension expertise, commercial judgment, and relationship skills to BMO Insurance’s growing PRT business.
