Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own business systems, security, support, and AI adoption. You will identify measurable opportunities, guide non-technical staff, and turn executive priorities into roadmaps and budgets. The role spans three Canadian provinces and includes ERP oversight, infrastructure, and escalated support. Key Responsibilities:
