Shape HR strategy and workforce solutions at RSM through client advisory, operating model redesign, and strategic workforce planning. The role follows RSM’s hybrid workstyle. As a Supervisor in Human Capital Advisory, you will help middle-market clients navigate complex workforce challenges. You will develop recommendations across talent management, organizational design, change management, and employee experience. You will also manage project teams, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and contribute to proposals, presentations, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with clients on current-state capability assessments Design future-state HR solutions aligned with business strategy Develop recommendations across talent and employee experience Manage delivery, quality,
timelines, and client satisfaction Support proposals, presentations, and relationship building Requirements:
Six or more years in human capital consulting Experience in strategic workforce planning and talent optimization Experience in at least two listed transformation areas Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio Ability to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and Canada Bring HR strategy, workforce planning, and stakeholder management expertise to RSM’s Human Capital Advisory consulting practice.
