Shape Panago’s partnership pipeline in Abbotsford through chance assessment, business cases, negotiation support, and relationship stewardship. As Brand Partnership Manager, you will identify and assess opportunities aligned with approved brand priorities and budgets. You will develop business cases, support negotiations, manage partner commitments, and recommend improvements, renewals, or exits based on value delivered. Your responsibilities include budgets, rights fees, activation costs, invoices, reconciliations, and performance measures. You will work with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and franchisees to deliver campaigns across digital, social, in-store, experiential, community, and traditional media. This hybrid position requires three days onsite and two remote days. Key Responsibilities:

Build a pipeline aligned with approved priorities, budgets, and brand objectives Evaluate audience fit, reach, cost, return,



and commercial value Support negotiations involving investment, deliverables, rights, and contractual terms Manage approved budgets, fees, costs, contributions, invoices, and reconciliations Identify risks and raise missed obligations or material concerns promptly Requirements:

Three to five years in partnerships, business development, or account management Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related discipline Experience evaluating proposals, managing budgets, and measuring campaign performance Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation communication skills Availability for occasional evening, weekend events, and travel within Canada Apply partnership development, commercial analysis, and organized delivery to help Panago make informed growth decisions.
