Support informed decisions across Canada. As Manager, IT Financial Performance, you will lead approximately 15 professionals within the CIO Office’s IT Financial Performance and Capacity team.

You will align partners with strategic priorities, manage advisory requests, and strengthen financial performance practices. The position involves budgeting, reporting, dashboards, and analytical capabilities that support managers and executives. You will also explore artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and automation to improve forecasting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and skills development for approximately 15 professionals
- Manage strategic and operational IT financial performance advisory requests




- Plan budgeting processes and financial performance reporting activities
- Implement tools and dashboards supporting decision-making and results
- Improve reliability, efficiency, service quality, and corrective actions Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
- Chartered Professional Accountant designation and five years’ relevant financial management experience
- Professional team management experience and information technology knowledge
- Ability to synthesize financial information and advise partners
