- Handle AP/AR for a specific client

- Bookkeeping for multiple clients using Quickbooks online and customized accounting software

- Post journal entries and reconcile bank and credit card accounts

- Prepare and review financial statements for further approval

- Prepare GST/HST returns

- Other Basic data entry tasks

Candidate must be

- Very comfortable with computers and technology

- Hands-on One to two years experience in an accounting firm

- Solid Understanding of Quickbooks online and Excel

- College accounting degree/course preferred

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- Ability to multi-task, work independently, meet deadlines and learn quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
