About the Opportunity

System Equine is looking for a Junior Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator to support our marketing lead with day-to-day content and marketing projects. You must bring demonstrated content creation, writing, and design skills, and be able to take a brief and produce polished work independently.

What You'll Be Doing

- Plan, create, and schedule social media content, including reels and short-form videos, and maintain the content calendar.
- Capture and edit photos and videos of our products, installations, manufacturing, and team.
- Write and update website content and product descriptions, and design brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements.
- Support digital campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions while maintaining consistent branding.
- Research industry trends and competitors, track engagement, and help report on marketing performance.
- Work with other departments, contribute ideas, and manage assigned projects from concept through completion.

What We're Looking For

- Relevant post-secondary education in marketing, business, communications, or digital media, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated skills in digital content creation, including reels or short-form videos, and clear, accurate promotional writing.




- Demonstrated design skills and working proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Robust organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Initiative, a positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate and learn.

Assets include photography or videography; website management, email marketing, and analytics experience; familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, or GoHighLevel; and knowledge of the equine, agricultural, manufacturing, construction, or retail industries.
