No automotive experience? No problem. Snow Auto, a family-owned repair shop in Edmonton with a close-knit team, is hiring a Junior Service Advisor who knows how to make customers feel looked after. We'll teach you the rest.

At a glance

- Pay: $40,000 to $50,000 per year based on experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. No weekends.

What you'll do

- Greet customers, answer phones, and book appointments
- Write repair orders, estimates and explain estimates in plain language
- Keep customers updated and process payments at pickup
- Reconcile parts invoices, process warranty claims, and keep files organized

- You have solid customer service experience in any industry
- You stay calm and friendly with frustrated customers
- You're organized, detail-minded, and comfortable on a computer

With hands-on training from the owner, you'll be running the front counter confidently within about three months.
