Eligibility: Undergraduate students enrolled in an eligible co-op program

We are looking for a curious, resourceful, and proactive student who enjoys technology, logical problem-solving, and learning how systems work.

As a Junior Technical Consultant, you'll support technical problem-solving, software testing, development, and process improvement while gaining practical experience with enterprise technology solutions.

What You'll Do

- Investigate technical problems, identify possible causes, and recommend solutions.
- Support software testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
- Assist with software development, technical improvements, and digital solutions.
- Analyze technical workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare clear technical documentation, test reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with different teams, learn unfamiliar technologies, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For

- Curiosity about technology, software systems, and how things work.




- Foundational understanding of programming concepts and web technologies.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common productivity tools.

- A willingness to investigate problems, apply feedback, and deliver practical solutions.

Bonus Points: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, object-oriented programming, GitHub, software testing, content management systems, or personal technical projects.
