We’re a locally owned junk removal company based in North Vancouver, serving residential and commercial customers throughout Metro Vancouver. We help people reclaim their spaces while keeping reusable items out of the landfill through donation and recycling whenever possible. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Junk Removal Driver / Truck Team Member to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that combines secure driving, physical work, customer service, and sales.

What you’ll do

- Drive safely: Operate our junk removal trucks, complete daily vehicle checks, and navigate between customer locations, donation centres, recycling facilities, and disposal sites.
- Make customers’ lives easier: Greet customers, explain our services and pricing, provide on-site estimates, and answer questions.
- Get the job done: Work alongside your teammate to safely remove, carry,



and load furniture, appliances, construction debris, and other unwanted items.
- Help grow the business: Identify additional items customers need removed, explain their options, and confidently recommend our services.
- Recycle and donate: Sort materials and help give reusable items a second life.
- Keep things organized: Maintain a clean truck, look after equipment, and keep job details and payments accurate using our mobile software.
- Represent our team: Arrive on time, work safely, and leave each customer’s space tidy.

What we’re looking for
- A valid driver’s licence suitable for operating our trucks and a clean driving record.
- Confidence driving and parking larger vehicles throughout Metro Vancouver.
- A friendly, skilled attitude and strong communication skills.
- Reliability, initiative, and a willingness to pitch in.
- The ability to repeatedly lift and carry items up to 50 lbs., work on stairs and uneven ground, and safely handle heavier items with a teammate or equipment.
- Comfort working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Previous experience in driving, moving, labour, customer service, or sales is an asset.

Junk removal experience isn’t required. Bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude - we’ll teach you the rest. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
