As Category Marketing Manager, Kits, you will develop annual category plans and a one-to-three-year innovation pipeline. The work connects consumer, customer, competitor, and company insights with product, price, promotion, and placement decisions. You will partner with Brand, Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Operations to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop category plans and monitor revenue, profitability, and market share

Prioritize innovation and renovation opportunities across the Kits portfolio

Lead commercialization of recent product innovations and track launches





Translate brand positioning into packaging and shopper communications

Turn category plans into selling stories and channel activation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline

Results in CPG marketing, category management, or commercial roles

Understanding of P&L;, pricing, promotional, and margin analysis

Experience translating insights into growth plans and recommendations

Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
