Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscaper to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving regular maintenance and upkeep of lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas at a variety of property types. You’ll work on a rotating schedule of properties, ensuring the impeccable maintenance and upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regular lawn care including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning and blowing
- Plant and maintain flower beds, trees, shrubs, and other greenery across residential and commercial properties
- Conduct seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, mulching, pruning, fertilizing and weeding
- Maintain property grounds including clean-up of leaves and debris from lawns, walkways, balconies, rooftops, and parkades/parking lots
- Perform snow removal and ice control at entrances, exits, and walkways when required
- Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively and ensure all tools and equipment are maintained, cleaned, and stored properly




- Follow daily schedules and complete work orders efficiently
- Ensure safety protocols are always followed
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and provide courteous service to tenants, clients, and team members
- Coordinate with property managers and building managers to address site-specific needs or concerns
- Assist maintenance and janitorial staff with other building-related duties when necessary
- Perform other landscaping-related duties related to the upkeep of buildings and grounds as assigned from time to time

Skills and Qualifications

- Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience required (residential/commercial)
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or on a team

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
