Work Outside · Build Skills · Join a Growing Team!
About This Role
No Limit Landscaping is looking for a full-time Landscaper to join our crew. You will work side by side as a two-person team with our Lead Waterscape Technician to look after premium residential properties and custom water features.
In this role, you will use your landscape maintenance and softscaping experience to help manage day-to-day property care, including detailed pruning, weeding, lawn care, artificial turf care, and overall upkeep. We want someone with the plant knowledge to confidently look at a garden bed or pond area and suggest the right plants that will thrive there. If you are greener but dependable and willing to learn these skills quickly, we will train you.
Waterscapes are our bread and butter. We don't expect you to know how to service ponds yet because you and your teammate will tackle these together, and we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for that side of the business. Aside from maintenance, your work will involve light construction landscaping such as site prep, small paver care and repairs, digging, trenching, and setting the groundwork for our custom projects.
On occasion, your work may involve interacting with wildlife and natural debris, including fish, frogs, insects, and other animals.
Workdays begin directly on the job site. Team members are responsible for getting themselves to the scheduled location each morning, though you can coordinate travel directly with your teammate once you are both on the crew. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys a collaborative team dynamic, and wants a steady, skill-building position with clear room for advancement.
