As Lead

DevOps Engineer, you will guide enterprise platform engineering across BMO Financial. The work combines AWS architecture, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and operational reliability. You will partner with engineering, security, and operations teams while mentoring DevOps practitioners and advancing cloud-first delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise DevOps platforms, toolchains, and engineering standards
- Architect and support scalable AWS cloud solutions
- Build Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and automate deployments
- Manage Docker and AWS containerized environments Requirements:
- Eight or more years in DevOps or related engineering
- Three or more years in technical leadership
- Large-scale AWS environment design and support experience
- Enterprise CI/CD and automation framework experience
