Job Title: Lead Consultant – Security Consulting & Design (SCAD)

We are looking for a senior Cybersecurity Consultant with robust experience in Security Architecture, Cybersecurity Consulting, and Enterprise Security Transformation.

The candidate will act as a security advisor to business and technology teams, providing security guidance for enterprise applications, infrastructure, and multi-cloud environments. This is a strategic consulting and architecture role, not a hands-on security engineering or tool-focused position.

Mandatory Skills:

- 15+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years in core Cybersecurity.
- CISSP certification – Mandatory.
- One Cloud Security certification: CCSP, Microsoft AZ-500,



or AWS Security Specialty – Mandatory.
- Strong experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, Security Architecture, and Cyber Transformation.
- Enterprise/Solution Security Architecture experience.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud security.
- Experience with CIAM, PAM, IAM/IGA, SSO, SIEM, Data Protection, and Application/Network Security.
- Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, OWASP, PCI DSS, and OSFI frameworks.
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior executives.
