LEAD INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

Location: Southern Harbour, Newfoundland & Labrador

Experienced Journeyperson Industrial Electrician Wanted

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Red Seal Journeyperson Industrial Electrician(s) to join our team and play a key role in the build-out and commissioning of a new, modern, multi-species seafood processing facility in Southern Harbour, NL.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrician(s) who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being involved in a major industrial project from the construction phase through to full operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical installation and commissioning of industrial processing equipment.
- Installation and troubleshooting of motors, control panels, VFDs, and electrical distribution systems.
- Support installation and integration of refrigeration, mechanical, and automated processing systems.
- Work closely with contractors, equipment suppliers, and the facility management team.
- Ensure electrical installations meet applicable codes, safety standards, and operational requirements.
- Assist with equipment testing, start-up, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- Red Seal certification as an Industrial Electrician.




- Significant experience in industrial electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of three-phase power, motor controls, and industrial automation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience in seafood processing, food manufacturing, or industrial refrigeration environments would be a strong asset.
- Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently.
