Do you love being organized, take pride in your prep work, and enjoy keeping a kitchen running smoothly? We're looking for a Lead Prep Cook to join the team at TABLE twelvefifty!

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with food, enjoys taking initiative, and wants to play an important role in setting our kitchen team up for success. You'll help keep daily kitchen operations on track, maintain high food quality standards, and make sure our team is always ready for what's cooking!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Lead daily prep operations and help coordinate prep priorities.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, dressings, and menu items according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure prep lists are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper food handling, storage, labelling, and rotation procedures.
- Monitor inventory and communicate product needs to the kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
- Assist with training and supporting other kitchen team members.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Take pride in consistency, quality, and presentation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous kitchen or prep cook experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to food quality.




- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their work!
