Description
We are seeking a Lead retail planning transformations consultant, combining process design, technology implementation, and client leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning assessments and end-to-end transformations.
- Design processes and guide planning-system implementations.
- Manage senior stakeholders and drive change adoption.
- Improve forecasting, inventory, service, and margin performance.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of retail planning experience.
- Experience in merchandise, assortment, space, demand, allocation, replenishment, or pricing planning.
- Hands-on implementation experience with RELEX, Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail, SAP, or comparable solutions.
- Solid retail or consumer-products expertise.
- Client leadership and change-management experience.
