Our client, a leading North American logistics and transportation company with operations across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of corporate/commercial experience, either in private practice or in-house, with strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Experience in transportation, logistics, technology contracting or U.S. legal matters would be an asset. The company offers a mostly work from home arrangement, excellent mentorship, strong growth potential and work-life balance.
