Here's what we bring to the table:

- $100,000–$145,000+ per year! That's the earning potential for the right technicians. We believe great work deserves great compensation, and we have the numbers to back it up.
- 80-hour pay guarantee at $30/hour. That's your guaranteed starting point. We don’t plan on needing it nor should you. From there, we use an hour-driven, tiered pay system, meaning the more hours you produce, the higher your hourly rate can go. The harder you work and the more you produce, the more you earn. No complicated bonus formulas or confusing pay plans. Unexpected workload changes due to weather or something entirely out of your control, don't worry, we've got your back with the 80-hour guarantee. Show up, do your job, and you have that guaranteed foundation. Easy.
- Optional schedules! Think you'd prefer working 4 days a week instead of 5? We'll make that work.
- Individual monthly targets with CASH PRIZES! Your production matters, and we believe in rewarding technicians who put in the effort and hit their goals. This is in addition to the already more than competitive pay structure!
- Paid training. Complete a day of training and get paid the equivalent of what you billed on an average day over the previous two weeks.



Normally flag 12 hours a day? Then you get paid 12 hours for training. Driving to Toronto for training? We'll lend you a vehicle, cover the gas, and pay you $38/hour for nine hours of travel on top of your training pay. No B.S.
