Job Summary The Licensed Hairstylist provides personalized hair services in a welcoming, skilled setting. This role combines attentive customer service, skilled hair styling, and a clean, organized salon experience. By listening closely and communicating clearly, you help clients feel comfortable and leave with styles suited to their preferences.
Duties
- Consult with clients about their preferences, explain styling options, and deliver hair services with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain sanitary tools and work areas, following consistent cleaning practices throughout the day.
- Recommend suitable retail products and additional services through helpful, client-focused upselling.
- Support front desk tasks, including welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, and communicating updates with colleagues.

Qualifications Required:
Practical hair styling, sanitation, customer service, and communication skills to provide attentive services and maintain a clean workspace. Preferred: Related salon experience, retail sales and upselling ability, and front desk support skills that contribute to a smooth, welcoming client experience.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
