Responsibilities
- Provide counselling and support to clients.
- Listen to clients’ concerns and identify their needs.
- Develop appropriate approaches to support each client.
- Coordinate care and connect clients with relevant resources when appropriate.
- Maintain clear, professional client records.
- Qualifications
- Required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker qualification.
- Required: Ability to provide patient care in a counselling setting.
- Preferred: Experience working with children.
- Preferred: Case management skills.
