As a Licensed hairstylist, you’ll provide attentive, personalized salon service, helping clients choose styles that suit their preferences and leave feeling confident. You’ll combine skilled hair styling with clear communication, a welcoming approach, and careful attention to sanitation. This role also supports smooth salon operations through front desk assistance and thoughtful product recommendations.
Duties
- Consult with clients, discuss their preferences, and deliver hair styling services suited to their requests.
- Maintain clean tools and work areas, following consistent sanitation practices throughout appointments.
- Welcome clients, assist with front desk tasks, and communicate appointment or service details clearly.
- Recommend relevant retail products and use customer-focused upselling to support clients’ at-home care.
