We are a busy family practice office looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a temporary maternity leave coverage position. There is potential for additional hours and temporary full-time work based on clinic needs.

Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
- Provide wound care and assist physicians with minor office procedures
- Deliver professional, compassionate, and holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Assist with patient assessments, follow-up, and care coordination
- Chronic disease management and ongoing patient care
- Work collaboratively with physicians and clinic staff to support efficient daily operations

Qualifications:

- Current registration in good standing with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Strong organizational,



communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented healthcare team
- Experience with injections, ECGs, wound care, and chronic disease management is an asset
- Previous family practice experience preferred
- EMR experience with Profile is preferred
