Star Motors of Ottawa, a family-owned and operated Mercedes-Benz dealership serving the Ottawa community, is looking for an experienced Licensed Automotive Technician (310S) to join our growing Service Department.

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual who takes pride in their workmanship and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and computerized vehicle systems.
- Accurately document all repairs and services performed.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ensure customer vehicles are handled with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence – Required.
- Previous experience as a licensed automotive technician.




- Mercedes-Benz or European vehicle experience is considered a robust asset.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
