We are Drink Juice Co., a small Toronto juice and clean foods kitchen built on a simple idea: food should nourish you, not restrict you. Our founder, Nadia, started the company after healing her own gut, and her fifteen+ years of working in digestive health shapes everything we make. Smoothies, bowls, broths and food made fresh every day, nothing too sweet, no filler, everything there for a reason.

We are hiring a Cook for our flagship kitchen at 463 Manor Road East in Leaside.

What the job actually looks like:

- Prepping and making our smoothies, bowls and all food items to recipe. Consistency and quality matter here more than speed alone, our guests order the same smoothie every morning and they notice if it is not made right.
- Keeping in store, online and Uber Eats orders moving accurately, especially through the lunch rush.
- Helping with ordering, keeping an eye on what is running low and what needs to come in, and checking the quality of produce and ingredients as they arrive.
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organized as you go, dishes included, we all do them.
- Following food safety and hygiene properly,



every shift.
- Treating ingredients with care, so good produce does not end up in the bin.
- There is room to grow here too. Cross training with Prep Support and Juicing positions will benefit everyone.

Who does well here:
- You have at least a year in a kitchen or food prep role, or you are newer and genuinely keen to learn it properly.
- You are clean, organized and steady when it gets busy.
- You work well in a small team and you are kind to the people around you.
- You actually care about food that makes people feel valuable, and about the guests who come in for it. Many of our guests are looking after their health, and they trust us with that.
- You communicate clearly with the team, and you speak up early when something is running low, running behind or if something isn't right.
