Duties and Responsibilities

- Ability to hand stretch Neapolitan style pizza dough




- Prepare high-quality pizzas according to company recipes/customer orders
- Monitor the temperature of wood burning ovens as well as cooking times
- Plate or package pizzas appropriately
- Manage food tickets and ensure that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean work station and sterilize equipment
- Comply with health and sanitation regulations and have a food handlers certificateMaintain a positive and skilled approach with coworkers and customers
- Back of house cleaning, preping food, dishwashing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
