We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support team members during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow proper food safety protocols at all times,



including proper storage and sanitation practices

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and procedures
- Solid understanding of meal preparation and food industry best practices
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
