Karahi Boys Calgary is looking for an experienced and passionate Prep Cook/Line Cook to join our growing kitchen team!

We are looking for someone who takes pride in preparing delicious food, maintains high kitchen standards, and works well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Experience preparing Pakistani cuisine, especially Karahi, BBQ and traditional dishes.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen organization.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

✅ Requirements:

- Previous professional cooking experience required.




- Pakistani cuisine experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Karahi and traditional Pakistani dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
