We are located right next to Mission Hospital, across from Starbucks, and are looking for enthusiastic culinary talent to join our kitchen team.

The Opportunity:

Protein Lounge is seeking passionate and dedicated Line Cooks/kitchen workers to join our kitchen team! This is a fantastic opportunity for your culinary skills, work with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and contribute to a positive and energetic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively on a fast-paced line.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with food preparation and inventory management.
- Uphold our commitment to serving healthy, delicious, and visually appealing food.
- Assist with taking customers order and providing excellent customer service.
- Daily and weekly cleaning, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:





- Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen is an required.
- Strong knife skills and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
