About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and creative Retail Store Associate to join our team at our manufacturing retail store. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, connecting craft beverage enthusiasts and curious visitors with our premium product lineup.

You will be responsible for providing an exceptional tasting and shopping experience, ensuring full compliance with alcohol sales regulations, managing store inventory, and bringing our store’s personality to life across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service & Hospitality: Warmly greet every guest upon arrival, share the story behind our products, offer knowledgeable guidance, and deliver a memorable customer experience.
- Responsible Retailing: Maintain strict compliance with all local and regional alcohol sales regulations, including mandatory age verification (19+) and active ID checks.
- Cash Handling & POS Operations: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system, manage the cash drawer, and handle daily payment reconciliations.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor product inventory levels, organize and maintain clean store displays, track stock movements, and assist management with reordering needs.




- Social Media & Content Creation: Create engaging content (photos, videos, and updates) for the store’s social media channels to showcase new releases, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Must be 19 years of age or older (required for responsible alcohol retailing).
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Passion for craft beverages and eagerness to learn product details and tasting notes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a welcoming, positive attitude.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Creative flair and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Ability to lift store inventory boxes (up to 35 lbs) and stand for extended shifts.

Schedule Requirements Flexible availability required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
