The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the store manager in ensuring that all aspects of running a safe, efficient, productive, and profitable operation are achieved.
This position is also responsible for helping to create a work environment that is conducive to both the personal and professional growth of all associates by incorporating both respect and growth into the day-to-day operations.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the selection and training of all employees
- Oversight and effective handling of incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Performing or following-up on all delegated tasks while leading by example
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Must pass criminal records check
- Bilingual Abilities are a plus to enhance communications with diverse customers
- Excellent time management skills
-Retail management experience
- Ability to work with little or no direct supervision
- Computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
