Summary
As a Lot Attendant, you help keep dealership vehicles organized and ready for customers. Your impact: A well-presented, accessible lot helps customers view vehicles comfortably and supports a smoother dealership visit.
Responsibilities
- Organize and position vehicles on the dealership lot.
- Take photos of requested vehicles.
- Clean exterior and interior of vehicles.
- Keep vehicles and display areas presentable.
- Pickup and drop off customers during their service appointments.
- Move vehicles as needed to support dealership operations.
- Help customers and visitors find their way around the lot.
- Assist other employees to detail cars.
- Communicate with dealership coworkers to coordinate vehicle locations.
- Qualifications
- Robust customer service skills and a helpful approach.
- Clear communication skills when assisting visitors and coworkers.
- Preferred: Dealership experience.
- Preferred: Guest services experience.
- Preferred: Hospitality experience.
