We have an exciting career opportunity for a talented hospitality professional with a passion for quality, hospitality & leadership. We are seeking a dependable, professional, and service-oriented Lounge Server / Bartender . This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, preparing and serving beverages, order taking and serving food, and ensuring smooth operations.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently or with minimal supervision, adapting to varying schedules, and working late-night shifts as required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently are essential.

Qualifications:

- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service .
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established service standards and applicable liquor regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of bars, service stations, and equipment.
- Monitor guest needs throughout your shift and respond promptly to requests, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning duties.
- Work independently or with minimal supervision, demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and accountability in completing assigned duties.
- - Experience serving alcohol
- Experience working with VLTs an asset




- Current Pro Serve, Reel Facts, Pro Tect, First Aid, considered assets
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- Must be flexible work between 9.00am-1.00am
- Must be available for Weekend shifts

Additional Skills:

- Valid ProServe certification or the applicable provincial liquor service certification is required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving event equipment.
- Reliable, organized, professional, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to remain calm, efficient, and skilled in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Balance cash and record sales,
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Numeracy, communication, working with others, problem solving, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory, finding information, continuous learning
