Great West Chrysler is hiring a Lube Bay Advisor / Supervisor to lead our high-volume Express Lane. Looking to move up? This is the ideal stepping stone to become a Main Shop Advisor. You’ll gain the real-world knowledge and experience needed to make that transition confidently.Key Responsibilities:

- Write oil change work orders and perform basic maintenance services
- Lead and mentor a team of Lube & Tire Technicians
- Diagnose minor issues and recommend further service when needed
- Ensure Express Lane workflow runs efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with customers and advisors regarding services and vehicle needs
- Conduct road tests as necessary using safe driving standards





What You Bring:
- Previous experience as a Lube or Tire Technician (2+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership or supervisory background in automotive or related fields
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify maintenance needs
- Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Team-focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
